Ethel Reddy
(Makeup and Hair Director)
Based in San Francisco, Ethel am a Professional Make Up & Hair artist, who travels allaround the world offering her services.

One of the founder for International Glam Institute here in the Bay Area, Through her philantropical works, Ethel has been dedicated to helping grow the San Francisco fashion community as well as assist many artists to support the fashion world. By sitting on the board of Catwalk For Chairtable Causes will enrich all the artist fundraising efforts where needed. As a CA State licensed cosmetologist (also a Board member for CA Cosmetology Association) with over 10+ years of professional cosmetologist experience. Worked with various name brands and products for multiple years, mastering the art of makeup and hair. Utilizing my extensive expertise with color and skin theory enables me to achieve the highest prestigious caliber work for my clients. I have had the privilege of working with notable companies in both the e-commerce space and their campaigns. Supporting the Paul Mitchell Academy in San Jose as a backup educator, teaching up-coming and veteran artists alike on how to artistically apply products to satisfy their clients.

Michelle Prior Alameda is a seasoned author and image consultant with over 20 years of experience empowering women in leadership roles to enhance their personal brand. Specializing in appearance, branding, confidence, and digital presence, Michelle's holistic approach to image development has made a significant impact across diverse industries such as medicine, law, and politics.
A renowned speaker, Michelle delivers engaging presentations on topics crucial for the modern businesswoman, including the psychological impact of dress, the influence of personal style, and the art and science of color confidence. Beyond her expertise in image consulting, Michelle's dedication to sustainability and ethical fashion practices is reflected in her Fashion Styling & Sustainability package, offering clients a unique opportunity to refresh their wardrobe while supporting environmental initiatives.

Mayra Aguiar

Mayra is a well-known Bay Area Makeup Artist in the beauty and Fashion Industry. She is a professional licensed cosmetologist and makeup Artist with 15 years of experience.

Notable, Mayras's artistry work has been published in over 36 different magazines worldwide, one of them being Harpe's Bazaar. She is a Published Makeup Artist, Hairstylist, and Creative Director.
Mayra has worked with many Fashion Designers, Fashion show Directors, and Beauty Pageant coordinators as their key Artist, Team Lead, and MUAH Coordinator. Her makeup artistry experience is broad and consists of beautifying brides and bridal parties, Portrait Shots, special occasions, film, editorial, Commercial shoots, Fashion shows, private events, Beauty pageants, and teaching makeup lessons.

Alla Bolsheva
(Director of Event Planning)
Alla Bolsheva, Ph.D. brings a vast professional training and experience in community mental health and event planning, which includes early childhood consultation, educational workshops and training, as well as organizational management. Dr. Bolsheva has also been active in the community as a Corporate Events Coordinator at the United Behavioral Health, a Parent-Teacher Group Events Coordinator at St. Thomas the Apostle School, and a Room Parent at St. Anne’s Catholic School. In 2015, she established and led a Community Service Outreach Program for the Musical Theater Department at the Westlake School for the Performing Arts, providing students with many performance opportunities across the greater Bay Area. In addition, she served as a Secretary for AIMBA Board with the Westlake School for the Performing Arts for two consecutive years, an MTC Room Parent for seven years assisting backstage for all recitals and community performances, and a backstage manager for various community theater organizations. Since the pandemic, she refocused her energy to homeschool two of her children and to manage her daughter’s professional career

Yves Bouele
Stage Manager
Yves Bouele is a seasoned Information Technology professional with over 25 years of experience in programming, application development, and business software solutions. With a career spanning a wide range of industries—including healthcare, finance, accounting, automotive, retail, waste management, energy, construction, and direct marketing—Yves brings a wealth of expertise and adaptability to every project he undertakes.
Currently serving as a Senior Programmer and Application Developer at Borzal Consulting in Orlando, Florida, Yves has led the development, implementation, and maintenance of custom software solutions for organizations such as The Newport Group, where his work has supported critical business operations across accounting, finance, trading, client services, and HR departments. His technical toolkit includes VBA, .NET (C#), SQL Server, Delphi, Paradox, and Visual Basic, and he’s highly skilled in managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, Yves excels at identifying system solutions that enhance organizational performance and drive measurable business outcomes. His decision-making skills and collaborative leadership approach have made him a trusted consultant and team leader in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
In 2025, Yves joins SFMODEFA (San Francisco Modern Design & Fashion) to lend his IT expertise and operational insight to the event’s digital infrastructure and overall success. His commitment to excellence, combined with a deep understanding of both technology and user experience, makes him a valuable asset in ensuring the event runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

Fely Tchaco

Fely Tchaco is an award wining recording artist, musician songwriter, who also specialize in fine art, digital arts, and fashion design. A serial entrepreneur phylantropist, cultural ambassador inluded in the America Who is Who databse.
Fely Tchaco is the Founder of African Arts Academy and the conceptor of SF MODEFA. Her passion and continuous dedication to culture and art has led her to gain aclaime and recognintion as a an established community leader and influencer from high profile figures noationally and internationally. Terrence Tajong

Terence is an open-format DJ, and the owner of MixMagic Production LLC Saving the City, One Party at a Time. So, nothing is off-limits when he performs. He Has held Multiple residences at many nightclubs and bars. He brings together Hip-hop, Reggae, Rock, Freestyle, Salsa, Afrobeats, Pop, R&B, Dancehall, Country, and more to get the crowd amped and hyped.
For over two decades, he has DJed for Bars, Clubs, School Dances, Proms, Weddings, Fund Raising, Corporate events, Private Parties, and special events all over the USA, and destination events in Dubai, Africa and South America (Mexico and Dominican Republic).
Other Services: Music in the park, live band setup, Selfie Photo Booth, 360 Photo Booth, Dancing on the cloud, Special Light effects, Uplifting, Sound engineer, Led Wall Display, Slide Shows, and Laser Show.

Alina Radu

Alina Radu is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in event coordination, onboarding, and recruitment across the tech and hospitality sectors. With a strong track record of executing high-impact events and building cohesive, high-performing teams, Alina is known for her ability to bridge operational precision with a people-first approach.

In 2025, Alina joins #SFMODEFA (San Francisco Modern Ethnic Fashion Week & Gala) to help ensure the success of this year’s event. Bringing her organizational talent and industry insight to the forefront, she is dedicated to elevating the experience for participants, collaborators, and attendees alike. Her commitment to excellence and her collaborative leadership style make her a key force behind the scenes of one of the most anticipated events in the design and fashion calendar.

David Perea
Photographer
David Perea, a Peruvian–North American fine art photographer and abstract artist, brings a global perspective shaped by a life of travel and cultural immersion. Describing himself as a “citizen of the world,” David’s artistic journey has taken him across continents, enriching his exploration of identity, perception, and the human spirit.
Now based in California, David is an internationally awarded artist and poet, whose creative work spans poetry, mixed media, videography, collage, and most notably, art photography—his most cherished medium. His work invites viewers to reflect inward while connecting outward to the universe, merging the mystical with the personal in compositions that challenge our perceptions of self and planet alike.
David’s photography was featured in the Photography Fashion Collection at the Fifth Annual Exposure Award (2015), exhibited at the prestigious Louvre Museum in Paris, cementing his reputation as a powerful visual storyteller.

In 2025, David returns for his second year with SF MODEFA’s Modern Ethnic Fashion Week Gala, after having served as one of the main photographers in last year’s show. His visionary lens and passion for cultural expression continue to be an integral part of MODEFA’s mission to celebrate the intersection of modern design, ethnic heritage, and creative innovation.

Devi Raman
(Co-Producer)
Devi Raman, wears many hats, quite efficiently. On the technical front, Devi, is an Electronics and Communication Engineer, who has worked as a database specialist, in the IT industry. She was also the Executive Vice President of the PTA, has held important board positions, and has been the chairperson for major fundraising events. On the artistic front, Devi is a model, a singer and a dancer. She has performed as a dancer for celebrity events, has been the semi-finalist among 500 contestants, in a singing competition called 'Galatta Idol', and has been walking the ramp as a model for the last few years. She has also directed and co-ordinated fashion shows. As a philanthropist and a humanitarian, she is passionate about promoting upcoming minority women artists, and has joined hands with Fely Tchaco, to produce the Modern Ethnic Fashion Show Gala.

Daniel Bean
Director of PR
Daniel has over a decade of experience in the fashion industry as a writer, publicist, art director, and producer. A former senior writer at Chic Metropolitan Magazine, his work has been published internationally in outlets like Pump Magazine, Moll Magazine South Africa, Delicious Dolls, and Voir Magazine UK.

He was introduced to the industry by award-winning NYC stylist Shae Lynn of VIP Socialite and began his career managing events and appearances for MTV's Real World, The Challenge, and The Real World Ex-Plosion contestant Ashley Brooke Mitchell, later producing shoots for local brand Cali Diamond, which included booking them for a prominent appearance in James Randall’s “Bad Good Feeling” music video, which has garnered nearly 120k views.

Daniel has collaborated with notable artists, including Czech actress Markéta Galuszková, Skin Wars contestant Rachel Deboer, The Discovery Channel's Naked and Afraid finalist Amber Hargrove, and cinematographer David E. West, whose credits include The Hills, The X-Factor, and American Idol. In March of 2025, he founded his own business, Daniel M. Bean Photoshoot Production Management.
