ModVation is a panel discussion designed to bring different industry leaders on the same platform, featuring keynote speakers to shade light in understanding their business models. It is about Inspirations Worth Sharing. Participants include VCs, community leaders, high profile political figures, celebrities, Influencers, as well as game-changers, innovators, artists, local distinguished entrepreneurs, the press, and media, students to discuss the latest trends in fashion tech, art, cultures and now AI.
ModVation Diversity Ventures conference is the convergence of arts, technologies, cultures and high tech fashion trends. How the Golden State and the Silicon Valley helps the artist community, and whether it is prospering or floundering. A segment of the show is dedicated to Juneteenth, a forum dedicated to Black Excellence empowering minority women and men entrepreneurs in the arts and tech industry.

Y'Anad is a San Francisco native and the Founder and CEO of Glass House Public Relations, an agency she started 17 years ago, specializing in media relations, strategic communications, event planning, DEI consulting, crisis management, and brand marketing. GHPR's clients include elected officials, government entities, corporations, tech companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Y’Anad is also the Founder and CEO of iHealth Innovation, whose mission is to develop and implement strategies that improve the health and wellness of diverse local and global communities through technology, innovation, collaboration, advocacy, and the arts.

 

Y’Anad is also the Founder & Creative Director of Fashion On The Square (FOTS), one of the largest fashion shows in San Francisco.  FOTS ran for thirteen years, starting outdoors on Union Square from 2002 to 2008, and then at the Intercontinental Hotel, from 2009 to 2018.  Designers traveled from as far as Africa to participate in FOTS, and many couture designers were featured, including Colleen Quen, b Michael, Laurence Basse, Michael Costello, Lee Ricki and many others.
